fake news is real

fake news is real  [i]
by wei r. faked

seeing is believing (so is feeling what you feel)
"i saw it on the telly!" now i know (fake news is real)
  • if there is one positive thing that the united states’ current political mess is exposing, it is something that many of us have been frustrated with (for decades).
  • the news (if you can call it that) is determined by what you/we will tune-in to, not necessarily what is really real.
  • this is so obvious (yet ignored) that it needs to be restated:
    • any show or broadcast has a primary mission: to "make $$$$!"
    • the pathway (for a show to make money) is to get you/we to tune-in!  that’s why they say: “stay tuned!”
    • weather channels will dramatize and sensationalize.
    • news broadcasts, therefore, will (primarily) show anything that is captivating, regardless of reality or facts.
    • facts no longer matter, as a matter of fact.
