  3. You know it took Yoga for me to completely realize that we really can experience anything, do almost anything and be anything. Taking yoga was the best decision I could have made and I am so glad I did!!

  4. i am honored and blessed, christin, to learn with and from student/teachers like you. as we process through this yoUga journey, may we continue to initiate ripple-effects that flow outward...
...influencing others in ways that we never could have imagined.

  5. How inspiring! He could of easily given up and played "victim" to his disability. Instead, he chose the more difficult path and continued to fight any obstacle (or negativity)in his way. You have to respect someone with such self-motivation and determination. Just goes to show, when a person thinks they have big problems there is always someone with much greater ones! Thanks for the blog and for being such a motivating yoga instructor. I am going to miss your class:(

i feel lucky to be surrounded by so many beautiful human beings.

  7. Thank you Lenny! I am honored and blessed to have had the opportunity to meet someone like you and to have that person teach me so much! I hope to keep the ripple-effect going and going. I have already talked to people about what I learned and I have also taught them a few things as well.

  8. Ok last one I promise!!

Before Yoga I would never have shared this with anyone. Not my husband, children, sisters or brother. Not my parents or any of my friends. But I saw a facebook friend post something that sounded all to familiar so here it is. It changed me for the better with the meditation and strength it gave back to me and I recommend that everyone takes time out of there day at least twice a week to practice this, what I call, MIRACLE!

I was having some problems with stress and anger because of things that had happened in my life. It was if I had a storm ragging inside of me that I couldn't stop and this storm had been going on since I was about 10. It was going to cause me to have a heart attack someday and I was yelling a lot. Felt like I was making me and my family miserable. I have been going to school and found out they had a yoga class. I took it to relieve stress but it did so much more! It wasn't to loose weight though it did include exercise but mostly lying there and breathing and listening to relaxing music and meditating. Strengthening and lengthening of muscles and things like that. Anyway long story short, Yoga brought a calm to a storm that due to uncontrollable circumstances had raged inside of me since childhood. It also made me so much stronger both mentally and physically! Maybe you should try it, it does help!
