crying is cathartic

crying is cathartic, in a way that connects you with the person who you are crying about (and beware, as that person may be yourself).
crying purges, and purifies, and magnifies, and nullifies, and simplifies, and cleanses the eyes, and drops the mask of disguise, and re-kind-les the highs, and never lies, and provides insight into the "my, my, my's", and (to my surprise) gives rise to the ties that (eventually) make us wise.

crying:  it does a body good.

give yourself a moment, sometimes,
and cry.

there doesn't even have to be a specific reason why.
