it's Ease-y!

flowing (gently) down the stream is Ease-y. ..it's the resistance that's hard. ..one pathway leads to Wellness, while the other leads toward dis-ease.

in reality, there's (Really) not anything to "do," since the pleasure and pain associated with ease and disease lead toward the wanting of more pleasure and less pain. ..in the long run (maybe over the course of millennia?), we dis-cover that certain ways of thinking are, of Course, Easier than others.

naturally, since a you-man lifetime spans 70-100 earth-years, we spin our wheels -- engulfed by the back and forth drama that can only result in Higher Level Knowningness.

..it's a fail-safe system, especially when one can "step outside" of his/her own life-time and tap into Ease.

in every moment, we get to choose (Ease or dis-ease).

with a teeny, tiny bit of In-sight, it becomes obvious as to which course of action will result in which experience, both short and long-term.

the experience of Ease (or dis-ease) is literally a thought/choice away.

it's Ease-y!

practical application:

1. inhale deeply, soften your gaze, release muscle tension, smile, and think of something Good

..then, even though It's All Good,

2. hold your breath, scowl, tense-up, frown, and think of something "bad."

* imagine going through your day "stuck" in either a Good (or bad) state of mind. ..it doesn't take a huge amount of taxpayer-funded research to quickly dis-cover that y/Our day will flow much Ease-ier when wIe go with course of action #1, above.  ..c'mon, try it again.

it's Ease-y!

note: the selection of "ease" pics was relative-ly random and ease-y;

  1. Mmmm, I'm relaxed already. By the way, who is that darling little girl with the puppy? :)

  2. re-laxation Good.

maybe our culture needs to promote laxitude instead of "success by accumulation."

btw: the "darling little girl with the puppy" is the very Essence of one of the most beautiful women that i have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

she's a best friend, she's caring toward others, and she's a person that others turn to for insights.

she's had a few struggles, but she surrounds herself with Loving people and she nurtures her relationships... therefore, she's extremely Happy.

she's on a very exciting j/our-ney at the moment, and her VERY bright future is squarely in her hands, ex-act-ly where she wants it to be.

she is One -- very lucky lady!

    Love,

  5. Gently down the stream...gently, but a little resistance once in awhile gives it all some excitement!

  6. good morning, no one!

yes, this is the part that a lot of theologians for-get: that ya' need a little darkness if ya wanna experience Light.

energy on the go (e-go), the apparent movement away from Light/Love/Oneness/Good/etc., is but a necessary e-veil that is the very life-blood of fun.
    :)
as usual, thanks for your up-take on things, and for re-mind-ing all of us that no-thing exists but appearances.

    smiles,
    lenny
