fish reflexology

definitions:
.
reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. ..this controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort. in the absence of any particular malady or abnormality, reflexology may be as effective for promoting good health and for preventing illness as it may be for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness. -- http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/reflexology
.
fish reflexology is... ahhhhhh... well........ ummmm...... well, different.
.
on wednesday, october 13, we went over to the local fish spa for some fish therapy.
.
the idea is that you stick your feet into a tub of man-eating fish, who "eat" your dead skin in an effort to "treat dermatological disorders."

. the obvious question is "what does it feel like?"
.
well, every fish-therapy experience is different, but my experience was that it felt as if there were little fish, chowing-down on my feet.
. soooooooooo, get out there and spend a few of your hard-earned baht on a reflexology treatment. you might heal, you might not, but you'll definitely come away with one whale of a fish story.
